The 14.8V/4400mAh swappable lithium battery delivers 8 continuous hours in the field. The 6.5" high-brightness LED touchscreen reads clearly in direct sunlight. The onboard PV module model database covers most major manufacturers; custom models can be added manually. Temperature coefficients are applied automatically for STC conversion. Multiple units can be networked for parallel string comparison, rapidly identifying the worst-performing strings across an array.

SC-IV-Portable fully complies with IEC61215, IEC61646, GB4793.1, IEC60904, and IEC60891, making its data legally valid for third-party measurement, dispute arbitration, insurance claims, and EPC handover reports.
